While looking to buy his first home in 1996, Leon started working with a local real estate agent.  Just days into his search, he knew that he found his new career… In January of 1997 Leon got his real estate license and began his career in Real Estate at Paramount Properties. In the mid 90’s the real estate market wasn’t easy and a 22 year old Leon who looked even younger at a time, initially was greeted by clients with a degree of skepticism. However, as they began talking to him, the initial skepticism faded away. Clients were impressed by Leon’s ability to listen and understand their needs and priorities in real estate, as well as his ability to negotiate and stand for his client’s interests. After a first year in real estate, Leon was nominated for a Rookie of the Year award by his firm. Now, 15 years later, Leon is a licensed Real Estate Broker known and respected in the community. His loyalty to clients and his skills, improved and polished over the years, helped Leon become a top producer and earned him multiple awards.

“Communication is the key to my success. When I meet a future home buyer,” – says Leon “asking questions and listening is the key to identify their real estate needs and preferences. This helps me select proper homes and in the right neighborhood. Listening is also essential when working with sellers. No one knows a house better that its owner. I ask sellers a lot of questions about their home, their neighborhood and local community and welcome their comments and questions. Then I utilize all that information to build a unique marketing campaign that is specifically designed for their property.”

Leon has been a consistent Top Producer for over 10 years and has been recognized as Top 2% from the 600+ agents companywide for the past 5 years! He has experience with residential, multi-residential and commercial properties and his list of happy clients includes buyers and sellers of estates and condominiums, apartment buildings and shopping centers, mobile homes and vacant land…  In 2007 Leon formed LA REO Team, a team of professionals working with numerous banks and financial institutions marketing their REO properties throughout Los Angeles and Ventura Counties.

Leon has been a happy resident of San Fernando Valley for over 20 years calling the city of Tarzana his home for the past 8 years. While specializing in marketing and selling homes in the areas of Tarzana, Encino, Sherman Oaks, Studio City, Woodland Hills, West Hills and Calabasas, Leon has successfully sold over 500 homes throughout the greater Los Angeles area and Ventura County.

When not at the office or an appointment, Leon enjoys spending time with his family, working out or reading. Sports, fine dining, art, & rooting for Lakers are among his favorite hobbies.  “Being a real estate broker could mean 60+ hour work weeks. But I believe in a balanced lifestyle.   I make sure that no matter how busy my work schedule may be I always have time for my family, my children and friends. One of my favorite artists Thomas Kinkade said it best: Balance, peace, and joy are the fruit of a successful life.
